Our standard

The SFG Who Am I / NDIS Support Buddy web experience targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Our mobile apps follow the equivalent platform guidance from Apple and Google.

This statement applies to www.sfgtechsolutions.com and the SFG Support Buddy worker, supervisor and family apps.

Known limitations

Some illustrative diagrams (such as our architecture board) are complex visuals. Where a diagram is essential to understanding, we provide a structured text equivalent alongside it. We continue to expand text alternatives in our documentation.
